Magic 2006 is a fantastic bottle for those seeking apart from an obvious stimuli of pleasure from aged sparkling wines, but also a challenge to the sensorial intellect of the taster.

Very few bottles hold such a hopeful message… Thanks Colet!
Served in the glass and ready to be perceived, the first visual stimuli of Màgic 2006 is very attractive, exhibiting an intense golden hue that reveals an accurate aging. It is beautifully adorned with a persisitent bead of exquisite and extremely fine bubbles which last in the glass without even blinking.

Generous in its most volatile expression, clearly giving us complex aromas which slowly develope during its long sleep in the darkness and silence of the cellar. Sensations of sweet mature fruit that merges with delicate notes of patisserie, pastries and caramel, and that open the door to a refined and subtle memory of the aristocratic wines of Jerez. The aromatic scope is extense and stimulates the taster to delve in to discover its aromactic DNA.
The most physical expression of Màgic 2006 is revealed with the dryness on the palate and the noticeable nerve of its refreshing acidity that generates its pleasant liveliness and presence. The aristocratic bubbles that dress the glass are unveiled with elegance, delicacy and exquisite cremosity, confirming the impact of a long aging period on its lees in the bottle. Slender but firm body. Its claim of aromatic expression stands out leaving an abundant and striking flavourful finish, full of sweet aromas, mature fruit and patisserie.

Recommended to be served at 10-12ºC for a better enjoyment of its most volatile essence, the aroma, and to maintain the freshness of a superb acidity. Enjoy this wine without food matching to take in the full expressiveness in the best possible company.
Màgic 2006 is a fantastic bottle for those seeking apart from an obvious stimulus of pleasure from aged sparkling wines, but also a challenge to the sensorial intellect of the taster.
